Location of Mixing Main Shaft Within the Container

Always place the mixing shaft off-center in the tube or container for the best results.To avoid the strong vortex by causing aeration.

Immerse the Stirring Head Cover the Support Bush with Mixing Products

This Teflon Bush still needs to be kept moist during homogenizing and therefore should be kept covered by the substance being homogenized, not doing this will burn out the bush, produce excessive amounts of heat and damage your mixing head. This will also cause the sample to become dingy and blackened.

Always immerse the mixing head below the mixing products level

Mixing inside a seal container if too much aeration discovered

Always start from low speed for easy control to avoid overheat generated

To avoid overshock and spoilt the products , always start with low speed before go up higher speed gradually.

Seal Container to minimize aeration 

If notice the too much undesired air trap in the products while mixing with high speed is needed, then try to use the seal container for mixing . It will minimize the air trap at most.
